As such, Fasten prohibits discrimination against riders or drivers on the basis of race, religion, national origin, disability, age, sex, marital status, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension from the Fasten platform. 
Refusing a rider with a service animal is a violation of our Driver Terms & Conditions and may also result in a driver’s suspension from the platform.
